A single story house with three differentiated levels whose purpose is to adapt the construction to the orography of the land and offer views of the sea from any point. The house is distributed in two clearly identifiable wings, which distinguish the zone of day and that of night. Access to the house, the hall is distinguished by its large bay window overlooking the outside of the house and the sea. The left wing is for the day area; the central room houses the large living room, an elegant set that combines parquet and walls in natural and white tones. Next to the living room, we find the kitchen, a large and bright space with high-gloss lacquered furniture, and a remarkable central island and its ceramic hob, the long bench that comes out of the island to serve as a table; the kitchen opens onto a porch with sofas giving access to the terrace with swimming pool and barbecue.
The terrace is an essential element of housing; covered with a Visendum wooden floor, it surrounds the entire house and allows access to the outside from any point of the house. The largest area is next to the kitchen and living / dining room and accentuates the intense blue of the swimming pool, strategically located to allow you to admire magnificent views of the sea. The barbecue with dining room come complete the outdoor area and allow you to enjoy the benefits of the Mediterranean climate. Back inside the house, we head to the right wing, for the rooms, an area divided into two levels connected by light stairs. At the first level, we notice a large living room whose decoration evokes that of the main living room of the house, and which overlooks the main bedroom. The master bedroom consists of three large rooms: bedroom giving access to the terrace, bathroom and dressing room.The second level consists of three other bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and two of them directly overlooking the terrace and the wonderful sea views.
